Q: Does OnTheStep provide Spring Cleanup services? 

A: Yes we do! If you select our Lawn Mowing Service in the OnTheStep app, you are able to add Leaf Raking and other service add-ons to go along with your first mow of the season to get your yard looking clean and ready for the summer.
 

Q: I’m looking to have scheduled lawn mowing services for my property, do you offer contracted services? 
 
A: We are currently developing a scheduling feature in our platform so homeowners are able to schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly lawn mowing services through the OnTheStep platform with NO contracts required and NO cancellation fees!

Q: Hi, I’m looking to make a lawn mowing request for OnTheStep, how long is the expected wait time? 
 
A: Our wait times for lawn mowing services are approximately 1-2 days. However, these wait times can be impacted by demand and weather conditions in your area. 

Q: How does OnTheStep estimate my lawn mowing request price? 

A: Our platform takes into account your home’s specifications, such as the size of your property and the services that you have added. In addition, we have done market research across the lawn mowing service marketplace to ensure you are getting the most value for your dollar. 

Q: The OnTheStep app is telling me that I have an expired credit card, what do I do? 

A: To update your credit card information, please use the following instructions:

1) Open the OnTheStep app
2) Tap the "My Account" tab at the bottom right corner
3) Select the "Method of Payment" option
4) Remove the existing credit card on file
5) Add the new credit card

Q: Where does OnTheStep provide lawn mowing services? 


A: We currently offer lawn mowing services in Manitoban cities such as Winnipeg and Brandon, MB. 

We have also just launched our lawn mowing services in Regina, SK.
