What happens when my job is cancelled by the homeowner
If the homeowner cancels their request for service after you have picked it up, the homeowner will be charged a cancellation fee. As a result, you will receive a $2 flat compensation rate for the cancellation to accommodate any transit expenses.
How often do I get paid?
Every Friday for all the requests that you have made from the previous week.
The pay schedule is from Friday to Thursday.
What happens if my work gets rejected
A homeowner's rejection goes through a review process. If the homeowner's complaint is approved, you will not be paid for the job.
You will then be notified of the final review decision.
