What happens when my job is cancelled by the homeowner

  • If the homeowner cancels their request for service after you have picked it up, the homeowner will be charged a cancellation fee. As a result, you will receive a $2 flat compensation rate for the cancellation to accommodate any transit expenses.

 

 

How often do I get paid?

  • Every Friday for all the requests that you have made from the previous week.

  • The pay schedule is from Friday to Thursday.

 

 

What happens if my work gets rejected

  • A homeowner's rejection goes through a review process. If the homeowner's complaint is approved, you will not be paid for the job.

  • You will then be notified of the final review decision.
